Psychotherapy

Peter has been a therapist for over ten years and he has worked with a variety of clients from different cultures and backgrounds.

He has both training and experience in working with clients who have presented with a variety of issues, such as anxiety, trauma, abuse, work-related stress, managing personal boundaries, relationship difficulties, confidence building, identity issues, personal development, self-esteem, sexuality, grief, bereavement and loss.

Many clients come to therapy uncertain about what they want to talk about but feel like something isn't working in their life right now. If you are unsure if this service is the right one for you then email to book a free initial consultation and you can discuss the reasons you want to attend therapy. Peter works with individual adult clients (over the age of 18).

Costs:  £60 for a 50-minute psychotherapy session.

Counselling and psychotherapy are offered either virtually or via the telephone. Peter has been working this way for ten years. Before the first session you will be provided with details of how the process works. There is an online system for clients to book appointments and this allows flexibility for when and how often you would like to have a session. You can book one-off sessions or a regular slot each week, fortnight or month - whatever suits you. The online system also enables you to sign any paperwork virtually - this means your data and information are secure.
